Cayia does NOT include or pay for API usage. By setting up your API key: (a) you agree to the terms of use of the AI provider you choose; (b) you are responsible for all API usage costs; (c) your conversations with the AI are processed directly by the provider you selected — Cayia does not store conversation content on its servers; (d) the quality, accuracy, and availability of AI responses depend solely on the external provider. The local SmartAssist feature (no API key required) uses on-device models with limited capabilities and does not require an internet connection. After 14 days: If you have a payment method on file and have not cancelled, the active plan will be charged automatically (Solo $6.99/mo, Business $14.99/mo, or Pro Business $29.99/mo). If no payment method is on file, your access will be limited to the free tier with basic features. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle with no partial refunds. Prices may change with 30 days' email notice. In case of a billing dispute, contact us at support@cayia.app before filing a chargeback with your bank.
